El aislamiento social obligado por la epidemia de coronavirus puede ser un poco menos pesado para las personas que tienen una mascota en casa, y una empresa cervecera de Estados Unidos lo sabe, ya que lanzó una convocatoria en donde ofrece producto gratis con tal de que te lleves un perrito a casa.

La marca de cerveza Busch, ofreció hasta tres meses de cerveza gratis para las personas que decidan adoptar a un perro del Midwest Animal Rescue & Services (MARS), ubicado en Mineápolis.

#MARSCommunity – Duck needs you! Duck is an adorable, sweet baby who was potty training, started to have an accident and this wiggly, enthusiastic puppers plopped on the floor after dad tried to get him outside instead. This left Duck needing emergency surgery and surrendered to MARS for help. Duck’s surgery was performed at the U of M: “Post-operative left femur: the mid-diaphyseal transverse fracture is reduced using a 2.7 SOP plate with 3 bicortical screws proximal and 2 bicortical screws distally.“ The U helped Duck out by applying some of their donated funds towards his surgery and we are hoping you’ll be willing to help Duck out too! We’ve included a copy of the estimate so you can see that the funds are needed and will go directly to Duck. We’ve only got a short bit to raise the money as the bill will be in the mail soon! In total, on the high end, we need to raise approximately $2600. Link in bio to our PayPal, if that is preferred over @instagram donation.

Sumarse a la convocatoria es muy fácil, los interesados tendrán que realizar la adopción y después notificar a la cervecera, antes del 22 de abril próximo, de esa manera podrán ser acreedores a la promoción.

Y por si no fuera suficiente tener cerveza gratis por tres meses, la empresa también anunció que las personas que ayuden a que los perritos sean adoptados podrán ganar hasta 25 mil dólares.

#MARSCommunity – It’s been a little over a week since Bizzy Lizzy’s surgery and we wanted to give you an update! During surgery, they corrected her elongated soft palate, removed additional skin flaps that were on her soft palate, removed her tonsils to give her more breathing space and opened her nares (nostrils) as they were nearly closed. It was touch and go for 36 hours after her surgery as she developed pneumonia and could barely breathe, however she’s on several antibiotics which are working well! She’s eating, drinking and just about back to normal. Way to go, Lizzy!! HUGE thank you to those of you that have donated food and funds to her meals! She has gained weight and should reach her ideal weight within the next month or so on the Kangaroo food.
